Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item — in those cases contact us first and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

To start a return, email us before sending anything back so we can give you the return instructions for that item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Large freight items (such as kayaks and smokers): please contact us before returning so we can arrange the freight return with you.

For sanitary reasons, mouth calls (such as diaphragm turkey calls) are non-refundable.

Prices are in CAD. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
