Products and pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We work to keep product information accurate, but errors in price or description may occur and we may correct or cancel an affected order, with a refund if you were charged.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item becomes unavailable) and will refund any amount charged.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout after you enter your address. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Some items ship only within Canada or only within the United States, as labelled on the product page.
